Original idea.
Wood (£15 - EBay)
Prototype in storage box (Buttons £39)
Building starts
Already had screen (17”)
Screen cut out and put in
Building the control panel
Artwork (and photoshopped on)
Painting (sealed MDF first)
Rebuilding
Adding vinyl stickers
Added artwork, Perspex top to finish.

Very nicely and cleanly done, congratulations. The artwork is way too cluttered for my taste, but that is purely subjective. 😉

Damn, that is awesome! I actually like the artwork, as arcades were always loud and garish, so thematically the design works out. Great work.

I’ve just registered to say I love this! I’m currently building my long awaited man cave and would love one of these in it!!
I’m a complete beginner when it comes to raspberry pi etc but am pretty handy with the mechanics/electrical side of things.
