    Can I use usb splitter for different controllers

      Do you guys know if I can use a usb splitter into Pi4’s USB 1 and connect the arcade controls in one slot and a usb Super Nintendo controller in another slot of the splitter and use them for player one and just switch depending on the game?

        You don't really need a 'splitter' , you can configure both controllers in RetroPie and then configure the emulator to use a particular controller when starting a game - with https://github.com/meleu/RetroPie-joystick-selection.
