Wifi blocked by rfkill

My Raspberry pi running retropie is telling me that WIFI is cureently blocked by rfkill use raspi-config to set the country before use

@jet how are you configuring your wifi? are you using wpa_supplicant.conf? if so please show the contents (censoring password etc)
