Help expanding file system. Stuck.

I have tried expanding filesystem both ways in the config menu and Sudo and rebooted a million times still no luck being able to save anything and there is plenty of room on the SD card. Any ideas? I dont see the answer in posts. I really don't want to redo this thing takes forever. See pics.

This is not RetroPie - we're not supporting 3rd party images here. Use the image from retropie.org.uk/download to install RetroPie.
