@barbudreadmon What's the chance of getting the Ms. Pacman Twin in here? Just found and dumped one in Argentina I think and added to MAME 0.229. Seems to be a hack and has its own driver - seems like a simple game (and would be awesome on my cocktail), but not sure what all's involved. No pressure or anything. Just wondering. Thanks for all your work on this amazing emu.

@barbudreadmon Sorry for the late reply, but yes, the audio issue I was referring to must have been due to performance. I know certain games in MAME 2016 will similarly have the audio cut in and out during gameplay; and it's my understanding that the emulator was demanding more than the Pi 4 could put out.

I'll be sure to try the new nightly of Retroarch so I can try the auto frameskip feature!

Maybe with frameskip ? Otherwise, no.

For Rad Rally, on my side, the sound is choppy with fbneo and not with Mame standalone. Do you have the same thing on your side?

By the way, great job !!

For some reason I can't get Dodonpachi DaiOuJou Tamashi (ddpdojt.zip) to load. Its other versions, ddp3, ddpdoj, ddpdojblk, all work fine. Am I missing a clone or something?

Yeah, i'm noticing FBNeo is slightly slower than current MAME on this one, by 5-10%, not too sure why it's happening, but as previously said i doubt we are gonna be able to improve performance in that driver. I recommend using frameskip on low-end devices if you aren't already.

Please use clrmamepro and our dat file to build valid romsets. We don't support ddpdojt or any other pgm2 game.

For that, the value must be 1 or auto

                            fbneo-frameskip = "0"

I put « 1 » and now, everything is fine

Note : no, we can't remove that 999 countdown, and you'll have to restart the game at the end of it, the good news is that you have to go through it only the first time you launch the game, sometimes there are also clones (single board PCB version) that don't have that countdown
