      I've a problem, i can't hide te following text.

        Set console=tty3 in boot/cmdline.txt (hide boot commands scrolling)

        Set logo.nologo in boot/cmdline.txt (hide raspberry pi logo at boot)

          This is the cmdline.txt what i'm using:

          dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=tty9 console=serial0,115200 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait quiet loglevel=3 consoleblank=0 quiet loglevel=3 logo.nologo

            I boot into kodi, could that be the probleem?

              you should remove the duplicate entries also - you have quiet loglevel=3 twice

                @BuZz That wasn't it, got the text when i rebooted the pi.

                  @Sander2506 did you try tty3 instead of tty9?

                    You can edit /etc/motd also to remove post login text

                      @BuZz It removes the line"The programs..." untill "aplicable law."
                      The first four lines arn't gone yet... but we getting there.

                        with a splash screen and ES loading, you don't see the text anyway at least on my system with the boot text on another tty. You can increase the time the splash is displayed for if you do.

                          @BuZz so if i change the way retropie boots first emulationstation then Kodi, the tekst won't show?

                            if you are using retropie 4.x you can add clear to the top of /opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh
