Hi - for latest FBAneo is there a list of games that have hi-score functionality enabled -
No. Also, our emulator is named FBNeo, please don't butcher its name.

I've been trying to weeks to get track and field and hypersports HI-scores saving with no luck
Games that don't appear in hiscore.dat (like those 2) usually won't save hiscores, however in this case i think hiscores could actually be saved through their eeproms, so i'll look into this.

@barbudreadmon ooops I do apologise on the name front (I'll edit as much as a can to rectify ) - and thankyou very much for looking into this, that is very much appreciated !
-
@robbi3j the fix is on git, please update from sources and let me know if it did the trick.
-
@barbudreadmon you are the man - Im at work atm but will check later and feedback !
-
@robbi3j Yep fixed - thankyou v. much ! so fast !
-
@robbi3j i'm glad it worked, i wasn't sure because not every games save hiscores in their eeproms
-
@barbudreadmon - Thought I better feed this back - this does seem to have created a slight issue with track and field that - so ... when asking retroarch to reset the console & game - the game gets stuck with partial reset and partial continue ( half of the running game graphics show through the initial rom test graphic ) and the game doesn't actually reset - this doesn't bother me as I rarely use the reset option from the quick menu in retroarch ( I always quit the emulator and re-load ) - Just FYI
-
@robbi3j Thanks for the report, i'll look into this
-
@robbi3j it turns out this game is also using its eeprom as an additional ram, so the fix here was to stop saving/loading eeprom at reset (which should be perfectly fine, saving eeprom should only be required when exiting the game).
