What controller are you using ? Please add more info about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

So which controller has the sensitivity problem ? If it's the Nintendo Switch controller, there's a dedicated driver for it at https://github.com/nicman23/dkms-hid-nintendo which you can install and see if it works better.

@mitu can you tell me what i have to Do there is a text should i push f4 on the keyboard and write that text ?

@retropiecase Yes, you can use the console terminal, which is accessible by exiting EmulationStation (either with F4 or by simply using the menus), or you can enable SSH and connect to your Pi remotely with a SSH client like Putty. The advantage of using SSH is that you can freely copy/paste the commands from a browser, plus you don't have to connect a keyboard to your Pi.

@mitu the thing i should know do is to open the retropie datas in which the retropie folders are is it right?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you're referring to the installation of the Nintendo HID driver I mentioned before, that can be done outside of any RetroPie folders, since it's not directly related to RetroPie.
