No configuration menu' after the splashscreen

First of all: I am a noobie.
I have followed the First Installation section on the RetroPie main page, and I have uploaded the driver(via FileZilla) of my LCD 3.5" and then installed with PuTTY.
After rebooting the LCD works well and I can see the RetroPie splash screen, but after it I don't see the configuration menu of the controller, only black screen with the blinking underscore.
I have access to the terminal if I press f4, so I also tried to update the RetroPie-Setup script and to relaunch emulationstation command, or to reboot again and the result is the same.
I don’t have an hdmi monitor to test if it work well on it and if the problem is the LCD screen, but I don’t think since I can see the boot, the splashscreen and the bash. PS. I use only the keyboard and because I don't have any joypad at the moment. Could be this the problem?
I used RPi 3 model B, retropie 4.0.2 and LCD 3.5” touch KeDei (v6.2 480*320)
What I can try to do to solve the problem?
