Hi everyone. Raspberry pi 4 custom build version 4.8. Looked under Experimental and don't see lr-mupen64plus-next. Don't see the lr-mupen64plus-next.sh in home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/libretrocores. Is this no longer supported or is there a manual way to install. I tried copying the lr-mupen64plus-next.sh file from github and it errored out. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I think this package is in the Main section.
Have you checked both Main and Optional sections yet?

It's in /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/libretrocores/ (with a leading /). The file has been present there since version 4.5 and the emulator is installed by default on a Pi4 system.
What kind of 'custom build' are you using ? Please fill out the info asked in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

@YFZdude Yes. It's not available under any section.

@mitu When I say custom, I mean that I've manipulated the original retropie image from 2 years ago myself. And the folder you mentioned is the same folder I mentioned the file is missing. I might have removed it by accident at one point. Don't know why it's missing.

@Retro-Arcade-Fan update your retropie-setup script from the menu. anything missing should be added.

@dankcushions That won't work if the local lr-mupen64plug-plus.sh is the wrong file (git will complain it's 'modified locally' and refuse to update).

@Retro-Arcade-Fan there's something strange with your setup - if you've deleted the file at some point, the update for RetroPie-Setup would have failed and you wouldn't have been update to update to 4.8.
Regardless, you can delete the RetroPie-Setup folder (or move it away), then run the 1st step from the manual installation and you'd get the latest version of the script, including the missing scriptmodule for Mupen64Plus-Next.

@mitu Thank you and @dankcushions. I updated to 4.8.2 and now see the script. I have installed it. I appreciate your help!
