      @sirhenrythe5th

      I still see 1.10.0 as the latest.

      Nevermind, I'm not fully awake yet.

            I'm always fooling around with my setup. I installed 1.11.0 from cmitu's wip repo. When it's done it'll be available on the retropie repo.

              @Darksavior ah cool that's fun.

              Yeah I usually weigh up the features in new Retroarch versions. I remember I manually installed the version that lets you hit L, R to cycle through Gameboy colour modes (although in fairness that's the version of gambetta, rather than version of Retroarch)

                FYI:

                i recognized that some of the games which got retro-achievement-support recently produce errors.
                Example:

                "Could not activate achievement 42650 "": Invalid floating-point operand"

                I just learned that these issues are also concerned to the older RA-version we are using at the moment:

                "That error indicates you need to update retroarch because the version you have doesn't support the memory used by the game."

                So, if you ever get these errors - dont panic!, just wait for an RA-Update in Retropie ;)

                EDIT: just saw that v1.12.0 has been released. It is not mentioned on the HP, but you can see everything when you click on "changelog".

                  RetroArch v1.12 is available now in RetroPie.
                  The (quite large) list of changes between the 1.10 and 1.12 versions is in https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/pull/3589, if you want to take a look.

                    Is Arduboy available for Retropie running on Raspberry Pi with RetroArch 1.12.0? I'm figuringing it isn't since the Arduous emulator isn't in the lists anywhere.

                      @kcoconnor76 No, it's not included - RetroPie ships the cores in their separate package.
                      You can install it from @ExarKunIv's extra repository - https://github.com/Exarkuniv/RetroPie-Extra.

                          I know it's really new but is there any ETA on Retroarch 1.13.0 ? Currently from source is 1.12.0
                          It has some nice improvements shown in the changelog.

                          Thanks

                            Retroarch updated to 1.12.0, for the RetroPIe, two weeks ago. You can install it from binary file.

                                INPUT: Fixed the way devices were previously indexed. Input devices were only being indexed in order and would stop at the first time an input has no device connected to it. The problem is when a device gets disconnected, that input will have no devices connected to it, but the next input may still have a device connected. So, that makes changing the port of the currently connected devices impossible.

                                That one would be really useful.
                                Thanks

                                  I now have Arduboy and Watara SuperVision running on Raspberry Pi using RetroPie-Extra. Thanks for the help there.

                                  Is there a way to run Mega Duck and WASM-4?

                                    I'm not sure they're available for ARM - I'm not familiar with these cores.
