          This doesn't look like a stock RetroPie installation - is this a 3rd party image ?
          If you used rpi-update to update your system (which is never recommended), you can get back your original kernel and firmware by running:

          sudo apt install --reinstall raspberrypi-bootloader raspberrypi-kernel raspberrypi-kernel-headers libraspberrypi-bin libraspberrypi-dev libraspberrypi-doc libraspberrypi0

            You confused the forums, you are using Batocera not RetroPie.

            My English isn't at a good level.

                  Yes. We don't support scammers selling pre-loaded RetroPie images and - as @windg mentioned - I don't think you're actually using Retropie.
