Hi, so I bought a Raspberry Pi RetroPie console system pre loaded a long while back and never had an issue. A couple of days ago the snes games stopped working for no reason (I plug the console into the plug socket in the wall and HDMI into my tv. When I started loading the games on the Snes section it came up with a black screen and the message no config found for system snes. After finding nothing I decided to plug it into my mac to try to fix it. upon entering the config folder I found all the consoles had folders, in these folders were a file that said emulators.(something, maybe like cfg from memory?), except the snes one. I then moved the file from another consoles folder into the snes one. Upon attempting to load snes games again they now recognise theres something there (they have the screen that acknowledges theres a game and has the option to press a to config) but then immediately black screens and then there's nothing. All the other consoles work fine in it but tis which is a shame because i only bought it mostly for the snes games. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thank you so so much.

              (topics merged)
You've opened a new topic for the same issue. That's bad forum etiquette and - as mentioned before - we don't support 3rd party pre-loaded systems sold by scammers.
Come back after you've installed the RetroPie image from https://retropie.org.uk/download.
