Need help, my hotkeys don't work in ANY emulator

Hi!, I've just messed up a lot.
I went on retroarch configuration and launched an option called "update GSLS shaders" (wich I wanted to do), then I remembered that for some reason N64 hotkeys where not working (Load, Save, Quit Emulator...), so I've seen an option called "update autoconfigurations" and I though maybe this will fix it, I launched that option, and now my hotkeys (Load, Save, Quit Emu, Call Retroarch menu, etc, etc.) Don't work on ANY of the emulators, so I cannot go back to emulationstation or launch retroarch menu.
I need help to fix this configuration, or at least to setup some defaults to reconfigure again.
