I need vc4-fkms-v3d to run Fallout 2, but at the cost of Emulation Station not running.

As you've seen from the title, I tried to run Fallout 2 in Retropie on the Rpi 3b+, See topic here: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/35480/tried-running-win-95-on-dosbox-pure-on-retropie-just-for-fallout-2-failed-need-help/10, but it came up to this error:
* failed to add service - already in use?So I added this to the config file:
dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3dAnd it worked! But at the expense of Emulation Station not running.
