Tutorial: Handheld and Plug & Play systems with MAME
-
I prefer ballbg.png to be the Background.png.
Can you change that in your artwork file ?
Please keep the old Background.png as backup in your artwork file, might be handy some time.
You could call the old backup something like simplebg.png. -
t3in1sa background should be exist, but I can't find it. Any chance on your side?
-
Will have look.
No luck yet to find the artwork files.Could the artwork of t7in1ss be usable ?
Just checked but seems we don't have the artwork of t7in1ss.
And it doesn't match as it is from a different manufacturer :
https://handheldmuseum.com/Tiger/7in1.htmThis already gives an impression of how t3in1sa should look like :
https://my.handheldmuseum.com/Tandy/3in1.htm
https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/images/373404-3-in-1-sports-arenaConfusing but adb.arcadeitalia gives a different impression (however seems not correct) :
-
The good one is the one from adb.arcadeitalia (the last picture). That version is a single player game.New edit: Sorry, it's a 2 players game. First one is the good one

That cannot be the case or that driver is called differently.
This is how the t3in1sa driver looks without artwork.
It matches the other overlays.

Searched for the other one and found this :
https://www.handheldmuseum.com/Tandy/SportsArena.htm
Looked in the mame database and it seems it's not part of mame. -
Systems added to the "classich" gamelist.xml file and to the MAME module-script generator:
Now we cover 160 classich games. That's a lot!
-
FC Compact 88-in-1 (CC-SFFC-WT) (Japan) fccomp88 is now added to the All in 1 gamelist.xml file and to the MAME module-script generator
-
Super, looking good ;-)
-
Systems added to the "all_in1" gamelist.xml file and to the MAME module-script generator:
MAME 0.278:
Jakks and classich gamelist updates will come soon.

I will check the all_in1 again.
In my list I foundtblkkuzug
but it is an arcade driver and it also uses a .chd.
Do you know how it got there ?
I think it should be removed.Edit :
All all_in1 drivers are in my list.
Still waiting for progettosnap to update the database to 278. -
My new awk script also found a new driver for konamih :
ktmntbb
I think we should add it. -
This is now what I can extract from mame in less than an hour with the new awk script.
This extraction normally took me about a day or so !
It directly creates a database file and the inis can be extracted later.
This is the info up till now of what can be extracted, and more to come :
(predefined is not extracted btw.)

I think we should add it.This one is already in my list above and in my gamelist. Probably a missing one on your side. Good catch.

I think it should be removed.Already verified . It's an arcade Bootleg. It's not the Color TV-Game Block Kuzushi from Nintendo

elektronikah.ini
For Elektronikah, I will have to create a new system in my theme and create a new gamelist.xml . It's on my to do list.

Not sure if you have these already in the classich category.

playmakerThey seem to be valid ones.
