      Pi Model: pi3
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.0
      Built From: SD Card
      USB Devices connected: IPAC 4
Controller used: Custom made player player arcade with 6 buttons per player, direction joystick and start plus select each
      Error messages received: none
      Guide used:
      File: ALL folder
      Emulator: N64 mupen

That's my retroarch.cfg file link below

      http://paste.ubuntu.com/23154659/

So my SNES and Megadrive controls work fine, All buttons including my ESC,Pause, Save and Load ( I have dedicated buttons for each) but when I enter the N64 emulator all but a few buttons respond. It seems like the ALL folder retroarch.cfg is not being read or something.

      Anyone have any ideas ?
