Oh come on. It even says please. At least give us something to go on with the dongle you're using. What's the make and model for example? Also, when you say you've successfully used it before, in what environment and situation were you using it? I'm prepared to go as high as "pretty please", but it's my final offer.

it says canakit on the dongle. ive used it before on a previous version of retropie, and with rasplex but i havent used it in a while. Im thinking it may be an issue with my router.. but i dont know what that would be. ive reset the router multiple times. Thank you for trying to help me btw.

I have a few CanaKit dongles and they've never given me any trouble either. In the past, I've heard mention of users having difficulty connecting with passwords that are overly complex. Could that possibly be an issue?

Edit: Now that I think about it, the issues were actually related to the keyboard localization not being set. You might want to try that if you haven't already and then re-enter your password.

You mentioned earlier that you thought it might be your router. Was that just a guess, or can you think of a reason why it's suspect? Has it been misbehaving in any other way?

                    Sounds like a likely culprit.
