    I have a Pi Zero running Retropie 4.1. – because of some performance issues, I needed to change my SNES emulator to PiSNES. I am only running 8/16 bit systems on this system, and for everything else, I have been using one of the CRT effect shaders, but it is not working for my SNES games using PiSNES. Is there a way for me to apply the shaders to this emulator?

      not a shader, but you can add a scanline effect. open /opt/retropie/configs/snes/snes9x.cfg and change DisplayEffect=0 to DisplayEffect=1

      i'm basing this on:
