Machines to rent

Sorry for my English, it's not so good, but I will try..

So I wanna do some machines with Raspberry and Retropie to rent.
But Ive got 3 questions, if you can help me, I will be very thankful

1-Is it possible to block the Retropie to the random players change the configurations of the system?
2-How can I set the numbers of life of Super Mario World for example.
3-And do you guys have some tutorial or article about coin acceptor, is it compatible with Retropie?

@guigui it is illegal to profit off of retropie and emulators. No one here will be able to help you.

You didn't write retropie, you cannot use it to make money, it's not yours. It is a breach of the licence. It is illegal.
