@Jcnavyd The same as me for the TV output so that is good. Can you please put in the command nano /boot/config.txt and copy the output, post it on http://pastebin.com/ and post a link here. Thanks. I should be around for the next few hours. WE will get this sorted!

@AlexMurphy Also as a Side note. I have noticed that when playing the other roms, ie Sega master system, snes, atari the resolution stays the same as the emulation stations. When I try to play a NES rom the resolution changes. Is there a way to control the resolution JUST of the NES roms that would differ form the other systems?

@Jcnavyd I see a few things.. Change this arm_freq=800 to this #arm_freq=800. Change this hdmi_drive=2 to this #hdmi_drive=2. Put a hash/pound before these lines. hdmi_group=1 hdmi_mode=16 so they are #hdmi_group=1 #hdmi_mode=16Do this then reboot. Let me know.

@Jcnavyd are you going into the runcommand that displays after you start a game? You can change the resolution there. It is also possible you set the one systems resolution in there to something your tv doesnt support.

@edmaul69 I put the TV model in a search engine. The TV is fine. It is full HD and capable of displaying what the Pi / Emulator is outputting, as are most modern TV's. Some are just fussier than others. Did you look at the config.txt file on pastebin? Some odd stuff going on there. I t looks like someone has tried almost every solution at the same time.

@edmaul69 She has it underclocked to 800MHz by un-commenting the arm_freq. line.

Ok So I am able to get individual roms to play on the tv if I go into the setting at launch of the individual rom. I had to go to "Select video mode for lr-fceumm + rom ()" Once I clicked on that the ones that wont play are set to default on " CEA-4 1280x720 @ 60mhz 16:9, clock:74mhz progressive" I changed it to "Cea-16 1920x1080 @ 60hz 16:9, clock:148mhz progressive" and the game will launch and can play. The only issue is that I have no audio while playing and it is not full screen. it appears to be 4:3 but this is progress. Thank you all for your continued help.

Ok have the audio working now. Last issue I have is that my usb Retro NES remote is all messed up. ie, b and a buttons are switched, select is starts. This causes issues when I cannot hold select and start to exit game. The remote works fine in other rom games except the NES. I have tried setting up several time in the input game pad set up and all worked fine on that
