Make retropie load straight into mame

Hi all.
I only use my retropie setup for 4 player arcade games when the lads come round, I have it setup with a 4 player pedestal that I put together and I just wanted to know if it's possible to have retropie boot straight into or only boot into my mame collection, I have no need for any other menu items so this would be great if it can be done.

For menu - You can remove all emulators except mame and ES will then only show mame, but you will need to press a button to enter the list.
