RetroPie download help

I need some help! I can not get RetroPie to download to my labtop so that I can extract the image to the SD card. I am sure I am missing a step but it will only download part way and then stop. I am using chrome. What am I missing? Thanks!!

You may want to try the torrent download.

It's unusual to have issues with two download methods so distinctively different. Do you regularly have problems downloading files?

No BUT I just got word that I might have some issues with my connection. My land line is down but i still have internet. Going to give it a bit and try again later!
