Did you configure NES30Pro to UDEV in Bluetooth configuration? And possible you need to try and enable 8bitdo mapping hack?, depending on the firmware on the controller.

I assume you have the latest version of retropie, so its pretty easy. Its done on the bluetooth settings screen, see the link below on the offical wiki.

You might have to reconfigure all of your buttons on RetroPie menu efter setting to UDEV and enabling or disabling the hack.
If that does not work i am out if ideas, i got my SFC30PRO working that way.

@senthudas Please let me know which step in the Wiki isnt working for you and I'll check it out.
I tried a few different controllers so it should work without issue as long as you have the correct firmware and settings shown there.

Please read the Docs before asking a new question.

Put the firmware back to 1.69 and it will work - http://8bitdo.com/nes30pro/Firmware.html

and for the SFC30, use 2.67 - http://www.8bitdo.com/sfc30/firmware.html (No matter what I did I couldn't get buttons working in-game with the 2 most recent firmwares).

@auswear If you follow the Wiki and let me know the first step that doesnt work for you, I will happily re-write it.
It will help if you post your controller file on pastebin, as any issues can often quickly be seen from that file.

The key factor is often making sure you have the correct firmware and hack on/off combination - this is shown on the Wiki.

Please read the Docs before asking a new question.

@senthudas what eventually fixed this problem? I've got the same issue.
