      @deltax5

      It should be /home/pi/RetroPie/.kodi/addons. You'll also want to merge your userdata to /home/pi/RetroPie/.kodi/userdata to retain your settings.

      RetroPie v4.5 • RPi3 Model B • 5.1V 2.5A PSU • 16GB SanDisk microSD • 512GB External Drive

        @mediamogul Just to add that on RetroPie we symlink the /home/pi/.kodi folder to /opt/retropie/configs/ports/kodi which is accessible easily over the windows share.

          @mediamogul said in Location of plugin's for kodi?:

          /home/pi/RetroPie/.kodi/

          /home/pi/RetroPie/.kodi/ is not there. is there a way to see it?

            @deltax5

            If you're using Windows or Mac OSX, you can use this information to find to Kodi folder in the 'configs' share. In any other event, try looking at /opt/retropie/configs/ports/kodi.

              @deltax5 The path is /home/pi/.kodi/ not /home/pi/RetroPie/.kodi/ as mentioned (or /opt/retropie/configs/ports/kodi which is where it points to)

                  @deltax5 What's the output of

                  ls -la ~/.kodi

                  ? If you have an old retropie the files may be in the other location I mentioned. I have no idea what version you are running (see https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first)

                      @deltax5 Please read the link again. (RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest):)

                      You can get the version number from RetroPie-Setup

                                    @deltax5 the folder isn't empty. You must be looking at the wrong location in winscp.

                                      ok must of been wrong location. I got it now. Just copyed the url in it and got it thanks. I eneded up just putting the apps in ziped folders and installing it with kodi that way. Sigh.

                                        At least I got it working now. There is a big bust with some repository on kodi and it's hard to get some apps now. some even got shut down.
