Can't install optional emulators!
-
Retropie 4.2, new install on a pi3 board.
Everything works great with the pre-installed emulators, but every time I go to install the optional packages I get an error saying none of the needed files are there. I've tried to install just the ones I want, and also the full install, and everything is missing. Do I need to download these emulators separately? I thought they were already on the image... Also, I'd rather install through the menu as opposed to a command prompt.I feel like I'm overlooking something obvious.
Thanks in advance!!!

@poker909 You should provide more information when posting -

Sounds like you don't have internet access or something but I have little to go on - they are not on the image which is why you have to install them (they get downloaded on demand).

@buzz
Thank you!!! Apologies for not providing all the technical details of my setup, I'm at work hoping to fix it when I get home. Because everything else works, I thought I was just overlooking something obvious.
Will simply connecting my pi to wifi resolve the issue, or is there another step?Thanks!!!
