zIndex on video not working when HW Accelerated is on

I was working on a theme and noticed that the overlays (zIndex) where not working for me on the video's I finally figured out that its happing because I turned on 'Use OMX Player (HW Accelerated)'. I hope that this is the right place to report the issue. Im a programmer myself but C language is not something I have learned yet.

@linktaylor This is a limitation of the omxplayer - it will display above everything else.
