PSX Skips Startup Screens (and i want them back)

This has to be somewhere else on the forum but i couldnt find it.
On the libretro psx emulator, it skips the epic white screen with the sony logo BZZHHHEEEEWWWWW Bummbity Bummbity OOOOHHH WWWAAAAAAAAA - then the black screen with the playstation logo - SHERRRFFFF BUUUMMMM BIIIMMMMMMMMMMMM buummm biiimmmmmmm (that is the best way to type that startup noise).
Is there a setting somewhere to not skip the epic psx startup sequence, cuz i love it!

@capeman there is in lr-pcsx,but it causes bugs. Says so in the option. Just use the hotkey x and go to the options.
