@jmbooth2000 Raiden Fighters 2 sound rom was properly dumped for MAME 0.149, so having sound issues with older MAME version is to be expected.
@fingal if you are interested, i just added hiscores support to raiden and its clones on lr-fbalpha.
[SOLVED] Thanks to all who replied. As per info the link posted by UDb23, the simplest solution was to move all the roms into the 'arcade' directory. That way, lr-fbalpha is selectable, alongside lr-mame2003. Brilliant!
