@mitu Thanks! I am not hoping towards full speed, just hoping to find ways to improve performance!

This one can be marked as solved. I unplugged my wireless xbox receiver and the controller started working. I guess even though the xbox controller wasn't on just having the receiever plugged in cause it to choose that controller first and blocked the wii controller.

Think i may have answered my own question Dolphin is not for Raspberry Pi just PC version
