I'm new to Retropie, but have a build working with RetroArch. Everything is working great, except in the Arcade classics, the d-pad doesn't register up or down controls.

It works in all the other emulators and I've configured the input in RetroArch (and ES). Keyboard works, but I can't figure out why the RetroArch global input config is not working in just one emulator.

You haven't provided much information for anyone to go on. Which emulator and games are you referring to?

          Anyways:
Which emulators are you using to emulate "arcade-classics"?
Which roms/"arcade-classics" you tested it with?
Which 8bitdo controller do you use?

          System: Raspberry 3 Model B, RetroPie 4.2.1
Storage: 16gb Micro SD, 64gb USB Drive
          Theme: Updated NBBA
