Hey,

I wanted to ask if it is ok to upload a "updated" edited version of the NBBA Theme?
I haven't seen anithing that forbids it on the github page...
System: Raspberry 3 Model B, RetroPie 4.2.1
Storage: 16gb Micro SD, 64gb USB Drive
Theme: Updated NBBA

@DarkWolf feel free to submit a pull request, it isn't maintained by the original maintainer as far as I know.
