I've been playing around with this forever it seems like and I cannot get it to do what i want. using a RPi 3 latest versions of everything, I want to use the standard glide emulator but it looks terrible at 320x240, and for the life of me I CANNOT get it changed to 640x480. I would rather not use the highRes versions for performance reasons. I have gone into the mugen glide cfg file and switched the resolution from 320 to 640, but when I start the game it doesn't change and when I go back to the cfg file it is back to 320.

I was able to sucessfully change the resolution from 320 to 640 in the core options for LR-mugen, but I dont want to run the game through retroarch, I just want to use glide. but the resolution issue is making it difficult..

also is there ANY way to limit the FPS to 30 or 60 in mugen64 glide? I was able to limit it in LR mugen and it really smoothed the gameplay out. in glide my fps jumps from 50 all the way to 120 and I am convinced this is causing some stuttering and choppiness. If i can limit it.... i think my problems will be solved.
