all the locations for retropie menu's gamelist.xml

i cant remember where the gamelist.xml is that my system uses. i have restored the one in the configs folder to original and it isnt that one. doing a search i couldnt find the answer. also where exactly are the default icons? thank you.

the default is

@meleu as stated the one in the config folder (where that is a shortcut to) isnt working. there is one somewhere else taking priority over that one.
