      Hello all, I have some problems with the msx emultaors ( all emulators) in retropie 4.2 on raspberry pi3. I can't set my controller for use it in these emulators, roms works well but controls sucks (can be a problem of retroarch?), I have to use a keyboard instead of a joypad( I have a ps3 joypad who works well on nes games)? And about the keyboard: I want to buy a bluetooth or wireless keyboard for my raspberry, anyone know what is the best? Are wireless keyborad compatible with the raspberry pi 3? Are keayboard with touchpad compatible too? If you want suggest me a guide, please tell my everything step by step, I'm a newbie to this

        This link should get you up and running with a ps3 controller.

        As for wireless keyboard, these mini wireless keyboards are great and available online and in some local stores. It uses a wireless usb dongle.

          As I've written , my ps3 controller works fine (connected with a usb cable) with other emulators, like nes emulators, but I don't know why it doesn't work correctly with MSX emulator, for example with MSX emulator OpenMsx and the rom of Metal gear 2, my controller works only on analog sticks, the pad as the same function of the A button ( maybe it is wrong, but if I push them separately one bye one I get the same effect), that's what I don't understand

            @geometrafilini open msx is not a retroarch emulator. If you want it to work as easy as other retroarch emulators, download lr-bluemsx. To use the keyboard you might have to add

            input_player2_libretro_device = 2

            to the msx retroarch.cfg
