        Re-install should be always possible.

Just download the image from https://retropie.org.uk/download/ and write it to your sd card using something like etcher.io or windiskimager.

@tigerjonny @barrymossel Would it not be better to just fix the es_systems.cfg file?

Sure, but I find it easier to just re-install. Especilly for someone totally unexperienced.

@tigerjonny In my opinion it's best to start from the beginning and that's writing a new image. If you need help with it, just shout-out!

You haven't stated what Pi you have, but assuming it is a Pi3 (which I think it is from the ARMv7i in the screenshot), this should be fine if downloaded from the official download page (https://retropie.org.uk/download/). How did you install it before?

Actually, to do the reinstall, you don't need to reflash the SD card, you can do the reinstall via the command promp. You need to get into the RetroPie-Setup menu from that in order to do so. But make sure that you have the internet connection enabled already.

Yup, setting up the controller(s) and then adding roms (through one of the various ways). https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/Transferring-Roms
