@gamergirl2469 A download manager that is able to resume downloads where it left off would really be the only solution.
Also, if you had a decent / cheap data plan on your phone you could download it using the 3G/4G network and transfer it to your PC once complete. -
@jonnykesh I tried the phone and I got the same results. How would the download manager work? The only times I have used ones are when it was required for certain programs

Apart from what @jonnykesh suggested, try downloading from another PC with another ISP ?

@gamergirl2469 Depends on the DL manager... @Mitu made some good suggestions above. Try one or both of those. Once complete verify the MD5 sum of the file before burning it to the SD card.
