      Hello, new to all of this I’m setting up my retro arcade I have set up everything all I need is to finish off artwork.
      Got it all sorted but I need to change rom names to match artwork but is there a way to sync file names on my pc so it automatically changes the file on the pi to save me changing both?
      I know I could just copy the roms over again but I wondered if I could do this.

        Have you tried accesing the RP rom folders over Samba/File sharing ? If you have a Windows system, it's just as easy as typing \\retropie\roms in the Explorer location bar.

          For information, as you're talking about arcade, you probably got a MAME/FBA rom set.
          You shouldn't rename the roms. Mame/FBA rom names are standardized.
          Best option is to rename artworks to match roms name, or use a scraper.

            @sano @mitu thanks for the reply’s I sorted it.

            I used WinSCP and played about with the synchronise button on there and it worked a treat!
            Downloaded wheel arts and renamed all the ps1, Gbc and GBA files I downloaded them through a torrent and must have been badly named.

            Thanks
