Do any themes have menu sounds or music by default? very strange how much work goes in , some look great but surely some music & navigation sounds would be much better.

As far as i know, as of now it's only possible to have sound while scrolling through the gamelists. Not for the system carousel nor going back from the gamelists to the carousel. And i can't remember if someone is working on implementing this.

very strange , would of thought by now it would of been implemented. Sometimes like with the current consoles...I wonder what year I'm in ! lol
