Is there a list somewhere that shows which game roms run best under which emulator?

I noticed that most vector roms especially the cinematronics run great under advmame and just wonder if there is a compiled list of which rom works best under which emulator?

It is long but it does have lists for the recommended emulators, MAME, AdvMAME and FBA, for arcade games as well as instructions on how to combine roms from different romsets and place them in the Arcade folder so that they will launch with the appropriate emulator.

although it's not conclusive. it's barely updated at all and probably inaccurate. to fully work all this out would take a lifetime! it's easier to make general statements like:

• lr-fbalpha for the subset of fighting games it supports, neogeo and the shootemups it supports
• advmame for vector, and what mame2003 doesn't support
• lr-mame2003 for everything else (alternatively skip mame2003 entirely and just use advmame)
