Any way to fix controller ghost input when using boxart- or videopreview?

There are a few threads and posts complaining about ghost input in emulation station as well as the games. In my case, I only have issues with ghost-R1 inputs when i use the scraped boxart or videos. If i disable the feature and just use the centered list of games there is no such problem.
Is there any way to get this working? Like using the way better looking boxarts and videos and NOT have issues with fake R1-inputs in my games as well as the emulationstation gamelist?

I had fake inputs too, after i Upgraded the underlying OS to the newest version with dist-upgrade. just to say....

A Mayflash usb dongle fixed any ghost inputs of my Qumox Wii U Pro wireless controllers.

It does not matter what controller i use, or whether i use USBcable or bluetooth.
Any chance to fix this issue, otherwise i can dump my whole Retropie- idea :( -
Its a mess...
after trying numours installations i cant fix it. The issue is too annoying too look over. Im done.
