Scraping driving me nuts...
-
Im trying to modify the gamelist.xml for C64 vice to point to the mp4s and pngs that I already have and are in ./RetroPie/roms/c64/images. Is there any automatic way I can do this without having to manually modify the gamelist? I tried used Sselphs scaper, and for some reason it doesnt seem to do anything for c64. I tried the scraper in Emulation Station, and it just downloads pictures.

Did you try the advanced options in the command line for Selph Scraper or just the one from the Retropie-Setup? It should add any images or video you already have as long as the filenames match.

@thedatacereal I did, but it ignores the C64 altogether even when I specify the C64 directory.
-
@johnny5126 How exactly do you specify the C64 directory?
-
@clyde by using - rom_dir ~/RetroPie/roms/c64
-
@johnny5126 You have a space between
-
androm_dir
that shouldn't be there. The right syntax is-rom_dir
. -
@clyde there's a space only on here. On the pi the was none.
-
Since you already have the files, you can try to use Gengal (if you have a Windows PC)

@johnny5126 What was the complete scraper command you used?
