3 Questions: Compatibility, zips and manual scraping
-
Yeah - I promise these'll be the last questions I'll post before I actually build my Pi, haha.
1 - Is a Sandisk 256 Ultra Fit (USB 3.1) compatible? Yes, I will use an adapter.
2 - Can I have my ROMs and ISOs in zips or do I have to unzip them? (as at least Higan on PC requires the ROMs to be unzipped)
3 - Can I manually add game descriptions and release dates?
Thanks in advance! Hope I'm not too annoying, asking all of these questions.

- The 64 Gb works well for me, so I would think so
- Depends on the emulator you are using. The MAME ones require you to keep your files as ZIP. Check the documentation on GITHUB for the individual emulators.
For example for N64, you will find that your extensions should be .n64, .v64 or .z64
