      Hi there,
I was hoping if somebody can help with a small issue I have,
I have a genuine retroflag NESPi case plus, if the power button on the front is off and I plus the micro usb power cable in it powers on, if I then press the power button so it's now pushed in and in the on position it turns off as the shutdown script see the power button as being pressed, if I press the button back to its off position it turns on.

      Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help and time.

        Hello,

To be honest I dont have a plus version I have the original without the safe shutdown. So im going to assume that you have checked all the wiring and its good to go. If your running a rpi3+ you may want to look at this: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/19248/retroflag-snes-case

Chances are that even though its talking about the snes case its the same internals. In that thread (https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/19248/retroflag-snes-case/22) cyperghost recommeds setting the enable_uart=0 in config.txt
