You need to use SSH to browse the files on your Raspberry Pi and get that file. The file is created after the launch of the emulator, just browse to
/dev/shm
and get the file, then upload it to pastebin.comAlso what information do you need?
The information requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, the best you can.

This is what the file said, Idk how to use pastbin but this is all the information I could find.

Looks like you have a handheld setup. What's the resolution of the display ? Does it work when connected via HDMI ?
-
This post is deleted! -
@mitu Im not too sure about the resolution, although I think it is 320x240.
I haven't tried it with an hdmi yet. -
I suggest trying to do the setup over HDMI if you can. If I remember correctly, when you first run
Start Reicast
it asks you for the controller configuration, before the emulator is started, did you get over that step ? -
@mitu ok I'll get an hdmi cable, as for it asking me to config controls it never did. However prior to trying to run start reicast I set up the controll config in setup retropie settings.

@mitu It was just an issue with size! after using the cdmi it worked! Thank you so much!
