I assume you have this problem:

        https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=47152

Maybe try doing what this says...?
This is of course assuming you're having the over-scan problems that are pretty common

@Nighteagle no offense, but i don't fully understand your english, but ill try..

I assume you mean it demands a password after boot. the username is "pi", and the password should be "raspberry".
As for keyboard input not working, did you try SSH'ing into the pi, and then trying the above?

              also, try this:

@Nighteagle maybe use a keyboard to go into the RA menu, then reconfigure it from there. I believe it should be settings/input/Input User 1 Binds, then configure by selecting each bind w/ keyboard.

or maybe just configure it in ES menu

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe when you are typing the password nothing actually shows on screen, evn though it is registering the inputs? So it could be working but it just doesn't look like it's working. Maybe try typing out raspberry and press enter and see what happens?

@omen_peter oh yeah, you right. I thought he meant that it literally didn't work, despite typing in "raspberry" and hitting enter
