Bring localization to EmulationStation

Thanks to @Flyinghead there's a localized EmulationStation fork of RetroPie's EmulationStation fork.
And also, thanks to @heloisa, @wakaya and many others (including myself) we got the following languages so far:
- Catalan
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Spanish (Spain)
I think it would be a big feature for a lot of people, especially those who don't have English as a mother language.
