      Hi

I see a few people on the forums with trouble getting the LED buttons to light. None had answers, at least none that was clear to me.

I am just testing things at the moment and I actually haven't the Raspberry Pi setup yet. I am currently just plugging the encoder into my pc and powering it that way. I am assuming that the red and yellow wires connect to the actual micro switch on the button and the other two wires are for the two black wires that are on the cable running from the encoder. I am assuming that the two black wires power the led. Someone mentioned to me that you only connect one of the black wires and then the other black wire continues to the next button. Then someone else said you connect the two black wires to the button. Either way I cant get the dam button to light :(

Any help and advice very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Sorted, finally found this thread which shows the exact way to wire them.
