At the time of writing this, I have not yet tested ReDream on the Pi at all. That being said, I have successfully ran ReiCast on the Pi.
On x86 computers on the other hand, I have had zero luck. I have tried using the CDI images that I used on my Pi with both ReiCast and ReDream, but neither would even come near loading anything. Mind you, I understand that ReDream prefers GDI's instead, and so I tossed a GDI at it, but had the same outcome.

All my bios files are where they were on the Pi, so I don't understand why ReiCast does not work in the very least.

@XD3l Looks like a BIOS issue. Add more info about your system, as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
Did you look in the log file to spot any errors ? The log file should be in /dev/shm/runcommand.log, immediately after you're launching your ROM/Game.

I think it is opengl support, while the graphics device may have opengl 3.3 capability the drivers and support from intel make it null. The same is reflected in linux. There is a OpenGL2 workaround in the second link, I haven't tried this yet.
