Mario Royale - online - play it before Nintendo takes it down

Mario Royale is a fan made game based on the original Super Mario Bros. on NES. Up to 100 players are playing a randomly chosen stage at same time. They don't collide each other, but can have an effect indirectly through blocks or enemies and the mushrooms are appearing only once! After each stage a random other stage will be chosen and the 4th is a Bowser castle. At the end the place 1, 2 and 3 are shown, if you make it. The game can be played freely through web browser and it supports gamepad.
The maker of this wants you to play before Nintendo takes it down, which will be soon for sure. I made it second so far (screenshot on other pc). I am not sure if this is a new creation based on the original or directly a romhack.
